How to Delete Your CrushOn AI Account & Cancel Subscription (2026)

CrushOn AI account deletion is processed manually by the company within approximately 48 hours. There are no cancellation fees and no penalties for deleting an account. Before deletion, you should cancel any active subscription separately — account deletion does not automatically cancel billing in all cases, and unused subscription time is not refunded.

Cancel Your CrushOn AI Subscription

Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Cancel your subscription first to prevent continued billing.

Cancel via CrushOn AI Website

1. Log into your account at crushon.ai
2. Navigate to your Profile (typically accessible via the user icon or avatar in the top right)
3. Select Manage Subscription or the subscription management option
4. Click Cancel Plan

What happens after cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to all paid features until that date. After the billing period ends, the account reverts to free tier status rather than being deleted.

CrushOn AI allows deletion of individual messages within conversations:

2. Locate the specific message you want to delete
3. Look for a delete or remove option (trash icon or long-press on mobile)
4. Confirm deletion

Note: Deleting individual messages removes them from your view but may not immediately clear them from the AI character's active memory within that conversation session. Starting a new conversation thread creates a clean context.

Clear Conversation History

To clear an entire conversation thread:

1. Open the conversation you want to clear
2. Access conversation settings or the options menu
3. Select "Clear conversation" or equivalent
